Prosperity Mind January 4, 2007
Posted by The Probabilist in : [Books], Consciousness, Philosophy, Beliefs, Vision, Wealth , trackbackReading through Prosperity Mind gave me the impression that Randy is slightly repeating himself, which is a good thing. Why? Because it shows me that I’m becoming in tune with his thoughts and the prosperity mind-set that he sees himself as assigned to spread to those who choose to align with it. It’s not rocket science, it’s the science of accepting that which we all have the capability to achieve. His role is to explain why we don’t allow ourselves to become abundant and how the laws of prosperity work, without exceptions.
This book focuses inclusively on the power of thought. He starts by analyzing how and what kind of circumstances manifest to people with different levels of prosperity consciousness and he uses some analogies from As a Man Thinketh. Following is the question of how purpose and responsibility shape our lives in both the good and the bad. Which leads to how one is able to change the mind-set toward prosperity when there are countless sources that counter-program us to refuse the entry of abundance.
Next, he briefly describes the ten ways to stimulate the mind as listed by Napoleon Hill and how of all the positive ways sexual alchemy is the most powerful energy to channel towards other goals and areas of life if used successfully with the correct intention. The fifth chapter explains in practical detail how one goes about to program the subconscious mind to align with prosperity. Conclusively, Randy answers the question of how we can go past the comfort zone of mediocrity and into unlimited abundance.
The main reason why the prosperity series strikes a much greater chord with me today than a couple of years ago is the complacency, flexibility and relaxation that came from living in the consciousness level of neutrality and comfort. On one hand it’s a fortunate event that I haven’t experienced any level below it, but on the other hand it has served as a trap that doesn’t ignite a spark that makes people challenge themselves and push their boundaries for greater achievements. These books serve the purpose of kicking that prior mind-set out first, so that the vacuum law of prosperity leaves room to align thoughts with a truly prosperous mind.
